Google Ads is almost always the place to start. People searching "plumber near me" or "kitchen renovations Auckland" are ready to book, and a tight Search campaign captures that intent at the lowest cost per lead.

Beyond Search, Local SEO and Google Business Profile are critical for "near me" visibility. Most service businesses we work with get a substantial chunk of leads from these channels once the foundations are set.

For larger trade businesses (multi-region operations, big home service brands like cleaning or storage), Paid Social adds top-of-funnel reach and supports your Search campaigns. The exact mix depends on the size of your business and how far you can travel for a job.
We track every phone call, form fill and quote request back to the campaign that drove it. For most trades businesses that means a call tracking platform (so you know which ad triggered which call), proper form tracking on the website, and where it makes sense, integration with your job management software (Tradify, ServiceM8, Fergus etc).
