If you're already running Google Ads, we complete an in-depth audit of your existing account including all Google Shopping and SEM campaigns. We then craft an SEM strategy that is designed for your business in a way that aims to maximise growth in the goals we defined in stage 1. Typically, this means getting you as much revenue as possible.
3. Optimisation
Once the SEM account is live, we don't stop optimising. We take the time to improve what we're doing. Through ongoing tests and tweaks to the settings we can achieve long-term, incremental improvement gains.
4. Reporting

SEM stands for search engine marketing which is the act of purchasing ads that are displayed at the top of the Google search results.
Although these ads look like they appear naturally, advertisers must pay every time someone clicks on these ads.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation and is the act of improving a website's ranking on the unpaid listings on Google.
Where SEM requires paying money as well as technical Google Ads knowledge, SEO focusses on making improvements to the way Google sees your website. This includes changing on-page elements of your website such as the content of the page as well as improving off-page SEO and fixing technical issues with your website.SEM stands for Search Engine Marketing and refers to the paid search ads that appear at the top of a Google search results page.
SEM can cost as much or as little as you want it to. There are two costs: the ad spend and the agency fee.
Ad spend is how much you pay Google for the ads you are running. We recommend starting with at least $1,500 per month, but we've also worked with clients spending as much as $1 million dollars in a month or as little as $1,000.
Then you have the fee that you pay your agency to manage the accounts. Our fee typically starts from $840 and goes up depending on the amount of work required to get the best results for you.
Most businesses in NZ have found success with SEM and for this reason we almost always recommend it.
If you sell products directly to consumers or offer a service that people will want to pay for then chances are Google Ads is a good idea and will make you more money than you put in.
There are a few circumstances where SEM is not the best option. For example, businesses with a poorly designed website should typically work on improving this before investing money into driving people to it.
