We don't mean work from home. We mean work from wherever you want. Live the digital nomad life from a resort in Bali, cut your living costs to nothing in Da Nang, spend the season snowboarding in Japan, or enjoy colivings and tacos in Mexico. Where you are is entirely up to you.
Hours flex with the role. Client-facing work needs some crossover with New Zealand and Australian time, so Australasia, Asia and the Americas fit well. We don't expect you to work a full NZ day, just to be available for client calls, and that is typically only for the senior SEO, paid search and paid social roles.
If you own the work, we pay you for it. Senior SEO, paid search and paid social roles are usually paid per client, based on estimated hours, rather than by the hour. You own that client and the work, you are responsible for the quality, and a high retention rate is rewarded with more work.
No boss sitting over your shoulder, no clocking in or out. All roles are contract-based and work-dependent. Set your own hours and schedule, handle your own taxes from wherever you are, and arrange your own time off: sort cover with the team, keep your clients in the loop, work more when you want to and less when you don't.
